Pay Range: $18.21 - $19.00 per hour (depends on experience)

Responsibilities
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in their service plan, including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
Communicate any observed or suspected change in a resident’s condition to a supervisor immediately.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
Qualifications
Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
Written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, health professionals, residents, and families.
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
Compliance with COVID-19 or other disease prevention protocols as required by regulations.
