Opportunity: Outlets Attendant/Cashier
Provide excellent service and prepare prompt food and beverage to guests while maximizing sales and guest satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence at the cashiers’ station at all times

Process financial /guest transactions in an accurate, efficiently, and timely manner

Prepare and serve menu items such as coffees, drinks, sandwiches, salads, etc. in a prompt and professional manner.

Follow food and beverage preparation and usage instructions to minimize waste.

Up-sell menu items and specials to maximize food and beverage revenues. Work within policy to accommodate guests’ special food and drink requests.

Ensure adequate supply of plates, utensils, napkins, and other supplies throughout shift; replenish/restock supplies and inventory according to established procedures and guidelines.

Perform all pre-shift and post-shifts duties, side-work, and related paperwork.

Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to refrigerators, display cases, counters, and seating areas. Report all unsafe or malfunctioning equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance problems to management.

Complete pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements

Ability to multi – task with the needs of the business

Know all pricing, promotions, and discounts that apply to pricing

Knowledge of all amenities to properly transact and deliver to its completion

Adheres to appearance, hygiene and uniform standards

Responsible for opening, closing and running duties of cash handling policies and cash out process

Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Attend all department and pre shifts meetings.

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or GED. 1 year of cash handling, and food preparation experience.

Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, customers, supervisor and fellow employees in English.

Must be able to analyze routine data to make appropriate judgments regarding the process of the food & beverage department.

Work Environment and Context

Must be able to work standing for long periods of time and be able to handle stressful conditions.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

May be required at times to work holidays and/or weekends
