Kitchen Manager
As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all back‑of‑house operations. Responsibilities include leading hourly associates, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, managing purchasing and cost controls, and addressing corrective actions when needed.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the activities of back‑of‑house hourly associates; ensure that food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are maintained; implement purchasing and cost‑control procedures; and take corrective action as necessary.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Kitchen Management within the Casual Restaurant industry.
A High School Diploma is preferred.
Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
