Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Summary
The Receptionist provides exceptional front desk support by assisting residents, visitors, and staff while managing daily administrative and communication tasks. This role requires professionalism, warmth, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Greet and assist visitors, directing or escorting them as needed
Support residents, families, and staff with professionalism and compassion
Perform administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
Maintain facility security by monitoring access and visitor logs
Manage filing systems and ensure confidentiality of records
Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed
Report any resident concerns to the Administrator promptly
Ensure proper use and care of office equipment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Resourceful, proactive, and tactful in handling situations
Physical Requirements
Ability to move throughout the facility during shifts
Clear communication in English (spoken and written)
Ability to manage the emotional and mental demands of the role
Capability to lift up to 25 pounds and move items as needed
Ability to assist during emergency situations if required
