
Administrative Assistant

Seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive staff. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Manage executive schedules with precision.
Documentation: Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Office Oversight: Manage vendor relationships and office supply procurement.
Logistics & Inventory Control Responsibilities
Logistics & Inventory Control:
Must be comfortable managing
inventory and cycle counts , as well as coordinating the
transfer of product between warehouses .
Shipping & Receiving Desk:
Proficiency in checking drivers in/out,
dispatching , and dock door assignments. They need to be experts at generating
BOLs , shipping labels, and managing
invoicing/pricing .
Technical Systems:
Deep experience with
ERP systems and
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is non‑negotiable.
Customer Service & Account Management:
This person is the bridge. They need a professional phone presence to handle vendor negotiations and resolve supply chain delays.
Safety & Protocol:
Strict adherence to
safety protocols
(like cold chain or food safety) and maintaining organized documentation/records.
