Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for their office. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations while supporting administrative functions and internal coordination efforts. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and route them to appropriate team members
Welcome visitors and maintain a professional front office presence
Keep the reception area and common spaces organized and efficient
Provide daily administrative support, including assisting with payroll-related tasks
Coordinate office lunches, meetings, and internal events
Work closely with office leadership to support ongoing operational needs
Qualifications

23 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general computer systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
Professional, personable demeanor with strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
Experience assisting with payroll processes is preferred
Event coordination or office activity planning experience is a plus

Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation for occasional local travel between offices
