Data Entry Specialist

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a busy team with high-volume data entry and invoice processing. This is a short-term, onsite contract ideal for someone who is accurate, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience entering and processing invoices is highly preferred.
Position Overview:
Accurately enter and process invoices into internal systems
Verify invoice data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Identify and correct data discrepancies as needed
Support the team with additional administrative or data-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous data entry experience required
Experience with invoice entry or accounts payable support strongly preferred
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working onsite and handling repetitive tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic office systems
Ability to meet deadlines and manage a consistent workload
