Role Overview
Client-facing Technical Lead responsible for

solution design and implementation

of complex systems. This is

not a coding or PM role —it focuses on translating customer needs into scalable solutions and guiding engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation

Translate business needs into technical requirements

Support presales, demos, and customer workshops

Provide estimates and ensure delivery quality

Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams

Requirements

8+ years in software engineering / solution design

Strong in

Java, .NET, APIs, databases

Cloud experience ( AWS preferred )

Experience with

Jira/Confluence

Excellent client-facing communication skills

Must Have

U.S. Citizen (or Dual Citizen) with valid passport

Able to travel (US/Canada)

Nice to Have

Identity, Security, or Biometric solutions experience

Prior technical/project leadership exposure
