Administrative Assistant
This is a key position in a fast paced organization and requires an individual who is able to multi-task and motivated and proactive. The ability to work a rigorous M-F schedule which may include occasional weekends is required. This position will provide administrative support to the F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF) Site Director at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. This position has a broad range of responsibilities including maintaining executive's Outlook calendar, prioritizing incoming messages and meeting requests, managing executive's e-mail account, making travel arrangements, compiling and submitting expense reports, coordinating/scheduling/supporting meetings and events, assisting in the preparation of briefing materials, and other general office tasks.
Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative/executive assistant. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Experience in managing emails, calendar and schedule. Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and submitting expense reports.
Desired Skills: Executive Administrative experience highly desired. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, and appropriate sensitivity to all issues. Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin (LM) policies and procedures and demonstrates a professional demeanor. Possession of solid knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems (security requirements, visit request process, travel, charging, LM People) Experience in travel booking and expense reconciliation. Ability to work well independently, but function within a team environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly adjust to changing priorities. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of government, customers, and corporate executives. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and organizational skills. Experience in travel booking and expense reconciliation in LM Travel. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin administrative and computer systems and processes, including Concur, MyAccess, Teams, and Tableau.

Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $51,800 - $91,425. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
