
Family Law Attorney

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively while leading clients through all phases of family law litigation
Draft motions, discovery responses, declarations, and settlement proposals
Represent clients in hearings and conferences (both remote and in-person)
Provide thoughtful, timely, and strategic communication with clients
Collaborate with team members on strategy, workflow, and case management
Support mediation and collaborative law matters when appropriate
Stay organized and ahead of deadlines in partnership with our team and office manager
Contribute to internal operations and workflow improvements
Qualifications
Licensed to practice in California and in good standing
3–5 years of family law experience, with courtroom confidence
Excellent legal writing, research skills
Strong and confident oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a close-knit team
Experience with mediation or collaborative law is preferred (but not required)
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (but not required)
Experience with Clio is preferred (but not required)
Experience with NetDocs is preferred (but not required)
