Customer Service Representative
to join their team!

Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative contributes to the success of a high‑performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, providing valuable support to the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service in‑person, over the phone, and during high‑stress situations.
Manages lobby flow, addresses concerns, calms distressed owners, and schedules appointments.
Handles basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and well‑being.
Assists with medication pickups, inquiries, and provides information about services and products.
Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
Assists with retail sales, weighing pets, processing faxes, and maintaining records.
Reconciles cash drawer and performs end‑of‑day duties for accurate financial transactions.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is preferred.
Must be able to work with computers and answer phones professionally.
Professional attire is required.
Knowledge of dogs, cats, and equine animals is a plus.
Willingness to train.
Schedule
Full Time, Rotating Shift
Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday; 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Open the 2nd and 4th Saturday; 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
Schedule will typically be a 9 AM to 6 PM shift from Monday–Friday.
Will have to work some Saturdays from 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
Understand that shifts can change quickly and the possibility of having to stay later or come in earlier depending on the hospital's needs.
