How you’ll make an impact in this role
Comprehensive Nursing Care: Deliver high‑quality direct patient care in strict alignment with organizational policies, evidence‑based protocols, and safety standards.
Patient Monitoring: Continuously assess, record, and communicate changes in patient status to the multidisciplinary team to ensure rapid response to clinical shifts.
Care Plan Oversight: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting interventions based on ongoing assessment and patient outcomes.
Discharge Planning: Proactively assess discharge needs from admission; collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe transition to home or post‑acute care, including patient education and follow‑up scheduling.
What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Drivers License credentialed from the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles preferred.
Education
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
