Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. There are exciting opportunities for therapists to grow professionally.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered.

Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred).

Pay Range
$42.50 – $65.00 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
