Position Overview
Responsible for managing load assignment, routing, and freight workflow within Oregon-based systems. Louisville candidates may engage in hybrid participation, while remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and track freight loads accurately in dispatch systems
Monitor shipment progress and communicate updates to drivers and internal teams
Maintain operational logs and documentation for all freight activities
Identify potential scheduling conflicts or inefficiencies and escalate appropriately
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain workflow consistency
Support process improvement and operational standardization initiatives
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking software
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
Time management and multitasking capability
Experience optional; training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Louisville candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
