Billing Specialist

Responsibilities
Prepare T&M, GMP (guarantee max project) and AIA billings per contract specifications.
Processes billing in a timely manner and in accordance with customer billing requirements.
Check billable items for correct sale price.
Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
Organize and file appropriate documentation in the Job Folders, including copies of outside platform invoices, purchase orders, lien waivers, and other billing information.
Maintain familiarity with and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Job cost transfers.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a role including billing functions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Willingness and adaptability to take on tasks outside of job description based on business needs.
Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Suite programs.
