Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Schedule client appointments and manage therapist calendars.
Provide ongoing support to clients regarding attendance, treatment questions, and billing inquiries.
Utilize our Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform to accurately record client information and manage appointments.
Generate reports to track client progress and ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
Provide excellent customer service and foster a supportive environment for clients.
Minimum Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
