Responsibilities
A fleet dispatcher will dispatch emergency roadside assistance calls and manage service requests using a computer-aided dispatch system. Specific duties include:
Monitor dispatched calls and take action to resolve and correct service or other potential problems.
Handle driver/customer escalations in accordance with established procedures.
Provide explanations to customers and documents service issues.
Close service requests using the company electronic dispatching system.
Accept payment from members/customers when necessary.
Reconcile and resolve rudimentary payment issues and maintain related records and files.
Assist coworkers and less-tenured dispatchers as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience:
Ability to navigate computer systems, perform basic math calculations, manage and resolve customer issues, prepare written communications, basic geography, effective communication, fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of service policies, familiarity with customer care tools, experience dispatching calls, call center environment experience.
Benefits
Hourly rate starting at $18.73, pays may exceed starting rate.
Overtime earning at time and a half.
Shift premiums: 5% for 5 pm - 11 pm, 10% for 11 pm - 5 am.
$250 quarterly perfect attendance bonus.

Additional Information
