We’re partnering with a hyper-growth, AI technology company in the SF Bay Area that is rapidly scaling its global footprint and investing heavily in its finance organization.
They are seeking a Senior Accountant (2 month contract, with potential extension) to support a high-volume, complex global environment. This role reports directly to the Controller and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced, scaling organization. This role requires 5 days on-site.
What You’ll Do
Lead intercompany reconciliations and eliminations across multiple global entities
Assist in managing complex entity structures and multi-subsidiary consolidations
Support month-end close activities in a high-volume environment
Partner with regional and local accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Prepare and review account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting policies
Assist with internal reporting deliverables and consolidated financial statement reviews
Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects in a scaling finance function
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within multinational, multi-entity environments
Strong experience with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and meet tight deadlines
