Job Description
Our client is seeking experienced
Attorneys
to join their team in the Des Moines Metro area, with opportunities available in both Workers’ Compensation and Immigration law.
These are full-time, direct hire opportunities where you will earn a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience. You will work Monday – Friday daytime hours and enjoy a generous benefits package.
Some of your responsibilities as an Attorney include:
Managing cases from intake through resolution (Workers’ Compensation and/or Immigration)
Preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and supporting legal documents
Representing clients in hearings, mediations, and proceedings
Communicating with clients regarding case progress and expectations
Maintaining accurate client records
To qualify for the Attorney position, you must have:
Active license to practice law in the State of Iowa
Experience with workers’ compensation law and/or immigration law
Client-focused approach
Strong negotiation and case management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
