About the Role
Our Firm is seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and understand the complexity of the Workers Compensation arena.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE APPEARING AT THE WCAB AND HANDLING HEARINGS.
Responsibilities
Appear at WCAB hearings well prepared to address all issues at hand.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings.
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
Communicate with clients as needed.
Completing PTCS.
Requirements
Previous experience in a legal or hearing representative role is required.
Strong understanding of Workers Comp law and WCAB hearing procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
