Talent Development Manager
to build strong leaders, develop internal talent, and create clear career pathways across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who loves leadership development, coaching leaders, and turning growth programs into real business results.
As the
Talent Development Manager , you’ll own leadership development, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and mentorship programs while partnering closely with leaders to strengthen performance and internal mobility.
What You’ll Do
Design and lead leadership development programs
Own and manage the company-wide IDP process
Coach leaders on development conversations and growth planning
Build and oversee mentorship programs
Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions
Track results like IDP completion, promotions, and engagement
The
Talent Development Manager
plays a key role in promoting a culture of continuous learning and career ownership. You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to align development with succession planning and workforce needs.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of experience in talent or leadership development
Strong coaching, facilitation, and partnership skills
Experience building scalable development programs
Data‑driven mindset with a practical, hands‑on approach
