
Associate Attorney

A growing and highly regarded litigation practice is seeking a motivated attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in civil and business litigation to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is eager to take ownership of cases, develop litigation strategy, and work in a collaborative yet fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an active caseload from inception through resolution
Propound and respond to written discovery
Take and defend depositions
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Appear at court hearings and participate in client reporting
Handle all aspects of pretrial litigation with increasing autonomy
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of litigation experience
Strong research and writing skills
Experience with law and motion practice
Ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision
Trial experience preferred but not required
Energetic, proactive, and highly organized
Strong interpersonal skills with a team oriented mindset
Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment and take on new challenges
