Position Details:
Part-time, 24 hours per week
Schedule may vary based on hiring and onboarding needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
Coordinate and help facilitate new employee orientation
Ensure all required employment documentation is completed accurately and timely
Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with policies
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous administrative experience desired
Entry‑level knowledge of Human Resources practices preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
