New Hire Incentive available up to $2,000 for those who qualify.
This is a part-time position (48 hours per pay period) working 8‑hour evening shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, primarily scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. The role requires flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. This position is based at Scripps Clinic in Carmel Valley.
Incentives & Retention
The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:
Internal candidates
Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
New Graduates (must have at least 1 year of MRI Tech experience)
In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:
Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
Must remain in original department/specialty
Must remain in original Job Title
Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT or CRT
Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
BLS from the American Heart Association
Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology or equivalent education and experience in radiologic imaging obtained through a hospital‑based training program or other formalized on‑the‑job program, in combination with current licensure/certification
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience in the acute care departments
Siemens experience
Pay
Minimum rate: $59.81, maximum rate: $86.71. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity. The stated range applies to employees residing in California. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees residing out of state.
