Position Overview
Lead Radiology Technician

– Full-time position (70 hours per pay period) with 10-hour varied shifts. Most shifts scheduled in the morning; the role also includes evenings, holidays, on-call, and coverage every other weekend. The role requires flexibility to support departmental needs, including filling open shifts as necessary to ensure continuous operations; therefore, a set schedule is not guaranteed.

Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas – 354 Santa Fe Drive, Encinitas, 92024 (Northern San Diego County).

Benefits & Incentives
New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify.

Retention incentive: must remain in original FTE status, shift, department/specialty, and job title; transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in the offer letter.

New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of experience)

Qualifications
Requirements:

Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology

CRT

Fluoroscopy

BLS from the American Heart Association

2 or more years of Rad Tech experience

Preferred Experience:

ARRT

Imaging lead experience

Compensation
Pay range: $46.85 to $67.94 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range. This range applies to employees who reside in California. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
