Job Summary
This is a part‑time position (48 hours per pay period) working 8‑hour varied day shifts, including Saturdays, located at Scripps Clinic in Carmel Valley.
Primary role: Imaging (Radiology Technician).
Responsibilities
Provide patient‑centered healthcare as part of the Scripps Health team.
Incentives & Retention
New Hire Incentive: Eligible candidates may receive up to $2,000.
Retention Incentive: To remain eligible, the following criteria must be met:
Remain in the original hired FTE status and shift (if specified in the offer letter)
Remain in the original department/specialty
Remain in the original job title
Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and may result in forfeiting retention incentive unless specifically noted in the offer letter
Eligibility for Incentives
No internal candidates
No rehires who left Scripps less than 3 years ago
No new graduates (must have at least 1 year of experience)
Required Qualifications
BLS from the American Heart Association
CRT (M)
Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Preferred Experience
1-2 years’ experience
Knowledge of patient‑focused care delivery
ARRT for Mammography
Location
Central San Diego County – San Diego – Scripps Clinic – Carmel Valley, 3811 Valley Center Dr, 2nd Floor, San Diego, 92130.
Benefits & Pay
Minimum rate: $54.24 hourly; maximum rate: $78.66 hourly. Benefits are available for part‑time employees in California, in compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act. Pay may differ for non‑California residents and may be determined based on experience and internal equity.
