At Hembree Bell Law, we’re looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal who’s ready to trade in “same old” for something more fulfilling.
We need an experienced divorce and family law paralegal (in‑person, hybrid, or remote) who can hit the ground running alongside our stellar team. From strategy meetings to post‑judgment client care, you’ll blend sharp technical skills with empathy and practical wisdom to help families navigate divorce and custody disputes.
This isn’t an entry‑level gig. You’ll need 3+ years in family law litigation, confidence with contested matters, and the sense to know when a fight isn’t worth the cost.
Responsibilities
Shape and support case strategies with discovery, pleadings, motions, and mediation prep.
Be a “dealmaker” — helping families resolve disputes creatively, outside the courtroom.
Project confidence and competence in contested cases while keeping clients calm and informed.
Embody our vibe: serious work without taking ourselves too seriously.

A seasoned paralegal with 3+ years of family law litigation experience.
