Position Summary
Senior General Facilities Maintenance Technician – Walmart

Responsibilities
Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling, food equipment) and hand and power tools.
Utilize the work order management system to receive and complete reactive repair work orders for stores and associates, documenting repair activities.
Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid state‑issued driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trades (or 7 years of experience).
1 year’s experience using intermediate‑level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Comfortable working at heights and moving up and down ladders frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) eligibility.
