Construction Superintendent

The Superintendent will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project teams, overseeing multiple trade partners and ensuring the smooth coordination of all construction activities.
Responsibilities
Own and maintain the construction project’s plan and schedule to ensure timely project completion
Enforce and uphold ICM’s standards of high-quality work and a strong safety-driven culture on-site
Understand and manage the contract, budget, and ensure proper resource allocation
Manage and lead 10+ trade partners to ensure all tasks are completed according to project specifications
Represent the ICM brand and values in all interactions with clients, trade partners, and site personnel
Qualifications
10+ years of Commercial Construction Experience Preferred
3+ years of Superintendent experience
Passionate about lean construction
High level of focus on safety and quality
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Skilled in planning and scheduling
