Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and payroll
Maintain general ledger and oversee month end close
Prepare financial reports and support budgeting activities
Handle reconciliations and ensure accurate record keeping
Support basic HR administration and internal processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting within manufacturing or construction
Strong understanding of financial reporting and general ledger processes
Comfortable working in a hands on, small team environment
Experience with accounting software and Excel
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
