Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a VRO Business Analyst to join their team. As a VRO Business Analyst, you will be part of the North America VRO supporting interconnected programs and teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support two of the organization's highest-priority programs by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions, and support execution of complex initiatives.
Develop process maps, manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Utilize data and analytics to validate hypotheses, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, influence solutions, and support change management activities to ensure successful implementation.
What's Needed?
5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting large, complex initiatives.
Proficiency with requirements management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
Strong data literacy with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for analysis and presentation.
Experience working in agile or hybrid environments with cross-functional teams and product owners.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and facilitate complex discussions.
