Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken) to support HR operations, ensure policy compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent bilingual communication abilities, and a commitment to employee development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding Management — Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
Recruitment & Onboarding Management — Manage the entire onboarding process, including training and orientation
Employee Relations & Compliance — Maintain employee records to ensure compliance
Employee Relations & Compliance — Address employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits
Employee Relations & Compliance — Assist management in resolving employee issues
Administrative Data Management & Payroll Processing — Handle document filing, data entry, and HR system maintenance
Administrative Data Management & Payroll Processing — Process payroll calculations and attendance reviews
Qualifications
Education — Associate’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience — Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (mandatory)
Language Proficiency — Mandarin: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing (required)
Language Proficiency — English: Proficient in both written and spoken communication
Skills — Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools
Skills — Experience with Google Workspace
Skills — Payroll calculation and attendance auditing
Skills — Strong multitasking and time management skills
Attributes — High level of confidentiality and discretion
Attributes — Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
