Summary of Duties
The Onboarding Manager will oversee the day-to-day Onboarding operations by supporting the Recruiter, hiring managers, EOD, RVP and AVP in all Onboarding matters, to help ensure compliance for our network staff. The Onboarding Manager will supervise the Onboarding Specialists. The position will contribute to the effectiveness of the hiring process and importance of compliance, organizational strategies, enforcing HR policies and Operational practices.

Essential Functions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Collaborates with the staffing office and regional management to supervise hiring process for candidates in their pipeline.
Conducts new vendor orientations for all vendors and facilitates and/or provides training and education programs to the vendor workforce.
Collaborates with Credentialing, Education and HR departments for process improvement and management.
Weekly review and management of Onboarding KPI. Working with Onboarding Specialists to ensure Candidate Engagement expectations are met.
Ensures the communication and implementation of new or updated HR policies and procedures and corporate directives.
Responsible for Kronos approvals, edits and corrections, payroll adjustments for infrastructure employees
Participates in vendor and HR audits as required
In conjunction with EOD or AVP, conducts the coaching and counseling of all Onboarding Specialists.
Prepare weekly, monthly operating reports and all other reporting as needed.

Experience
2 years generalist HR experience and/or operations management experience; related healthcare experience preferred
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
Exert up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs frequently
Requires some bending, stooping, and stretching
Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment
Requires perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make discriminations in sound
Requires normal range of eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports
Requires dexterity to type
Work is performed in an office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public
Some travel could be required to client facilities within the region as needed
