Payroll & HR Operations Specialist

Well Werks Energy is looking for a proactive Payroll & HR Specialist to manage payroll and support HR functions. In this role, you'll ensure timely payroll processing and maintain HRIS data integrity. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of HR experience particularly in payroll administration, and proficiency in Paycom. You will assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, audit payrolls, and ensure compliance with regulations. This position is crucial for enhancing HR operations in a dynamic work environment.
