Speech & Language Pathologist - Skilled - (SLP) role in a skilled nursing facility. Start date and 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts and a 36-hour weekly guarantee. California SLP license and at least 1 year of SNF experience required; Casamba EMR experience is highly preferred. In this role, you will evaluate speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, create individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve communication and swallowing abilities.
Responsibilities
Evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled speech-language pathology services in accordance with approved care plans
Document progress and communicate with the care team
Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, Skilled
California SLP license
At least 1 year of SNF experience
Casamba EMR experience preferred
