Job Summary
The Pharmacist Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
They oversee daily ambulatory pharmacy operations and clinical services, providing leadership and coaching to develop individual team members to ensure caregiver and program success. The supervisor works collaboratively with clinicians, medical staff, and leadership to develop programs that improve patient outcomes, and implements measures to evaluate program outcomes to support service sustainability and drive quality improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy, or PharmD in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties upon hire.
Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License when eligible and where applicable upon hire.
2 years related experience in a Lead or Senior role or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree MHA, MBA, MPH or equivalent.
