Compensation:

$65,000–$95,000 annually (hourly-based, depending on experience)

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain

industrial HVAC systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues

Perform

preventive maintenance

and system inspections

Work directly with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions

Complete service documentation and communicate findings clearly

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of industrial or commercial HVAC experience

Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems

Working knowledge of

HVAC/R systems, controls, and components

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively

Strong communication and customer service skills

Service area within approximately a

60-mile radius of Lima, OH

Primarily local work –

minimal overnight travel

Industrial and manufacturing environments

$65,000–$95,000 annually

(based on experience)

Qualifications
Education
Required :

High School or better.

Technical/other training or better.

Experience
Required :

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Working knowledge of HVAC/R systems, controls, and components

Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems

3–5 years of

industrial or commercial HVAC experience

Preferred :

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
