Overview
Eurofins Environment Testing Dallas is searching for a full time temporary Sample Administration Technician in Dallas, TX.
Duties
This position is expected to assist in overseeing all the different aspects of shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and logging samples.
Prepare samples from processing.
Accepts and signs for deliveries.
Assists in unloading shipments from delivery truck.
Uses dollies, forklifts, and other moving equipment to transport shipments from loading dock and around Sample Receiving area.
Opens coolers and inspects contents of shipments. Checks documentation to ensure all samples are accounted for.
Distributes samples in different departments as appropriate.
Follows strict safety and quality control procedures.
Stores, restocks, and shelves samples as necessary.
Ensures that work area is clean and organized.
Enters records in LIMS system.
Qualifications
BS in Science, preferably Chemistry or Biology.
Fresh grads welcome to apply.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
Additional Information
This is a full-time temporary (90 days max) position, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with possible overtime & weekends.
Compensation : $18.50 / hour.
