
Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial, retail, and restaurant projects. This role involves managing multiple projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, scheduling, and closeout
Prepare estimates, take-offs, and value engineering analysis
Issue subcontracts and purchase orders for materials and vendors
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Oversee field operations and monitor project progress
Communicate project expectations with internal teams and stakeholders
Prepare weekly reports, RFIs, and change orders
Qualifications
10+ years of commercial construction experience (retail/restaurant preferred)
5+ years in a Project Manager role
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Project; Procore experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and enforce safety and quality standards

Compensation:
$110,000 – $175,000+ (based on experience)
