Staff Accountant

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to support a local outdoor advertising. This role maintains confidentiality, integrity, and ensures compliance of various compensation and benefit accounting policies and procedures. This role will assist in month-end close duties and other accounting and reporting tasks. You may also assist in Commissions, Travel and Entertainment (T&E), Benefits, Governance, and/or other similar functions. Responsibilities

Month-End Close Support : Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, income statement and balance sheet analysis, research, and data mining.

Comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures, and Payroll close periods as it relates to the financial statements

Assist with other accounting, finance, and reporting duties as needed

Qualifications

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance;

1–4+ years

of progressive accounting experience

1-3 years full cycle General Ledger and Journal Entry experience

Proficiency with

Excel

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH) and an ERP ( NetSuite, SAP, Oracle , or similar)

Strong reconciliation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multi‑market data sets

Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
