Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
Develop and implement programs to enhance team collaboration, communication, and morale.
Organize employee engagement activities, performance recognition, and feedback mechanisms.
Recruitment Operations
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job postings and interviews to onboarding.
Collaborate with external recruiting partners and ensure timely fulfillment of roles.
Track key hiring metrics to assess efficiency and quality of hires.
HR Operations & Policy Management
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and compliance.
Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with global standards and local regulations.
Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
Partner with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency and best practices across regions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
6–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the
IT services
or
technology
sector.
Prior experience working in a
global or multi-location environment
is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of HR operations, policy management, and U.S. employment law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
