Job Description
Troubleshooting and repair of automated and robotic production welding and assembly machines.
Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Maintain and modify weld schedules for both resistance spot welding and MIG welding.
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints, as well as wiring schematics.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.
Must be able to adjust weld fixture gauging.
Building maintenance as required.
Machining, welding, and fabricate as required.
Requirements
Must have a thorough working knowledge of machine maintenance practices and techniques for a Robotic Welding Repair Technician.
Must be highly motivated and dependable.
Communicate efficiently and effectively within all facets of the company.
Experience with Fanuc robots, Fanuc Servogun software, or Fanuc MIG robots a plus.
