Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing and cash application
Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts accurately
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and short pays
Maintain accurate AR records and documentation
Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and payment status
Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable
Qualifications:
Prior accounts receivable experience required
Manufacturing or high-volume environment experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
Ability to work independently in a fully on-site setting
