You'll operate and set up EDM Sinker or Wire machines to support tooling and high-accuracy part production in a clean, modern machining environment with long-term growth potential.
What You'll Do
Set up and operate EDM Sinker or EDM Wire equipment
Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and tooling specs
Select correct electrodes, wire, offsets, and machining parameters
Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools
Maintain tight tolerances on complex punch, die, and tooling features
Adjust and troubleshoot EDM processes for optimal results
Help improve machining workflows and tooling methods
Support 5S standards and routine machine maintenance
What You'll Bring
Experience operating EDM Sinker or EDM Wire in a tooling or production environment
Strong blueprint reading and measurement inspection skills
Knowledge of offsets, setup, and process adjustments
Ability to work independently with a detail-driven and safety-focused approach
Familiarity with tooling, workholding, and precision machining fundamentals
Schedule & Pay
MondayFriday | 7:00 AM3:30 PM | Full-Time
$23.00$32.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
