This opportunity calls for a dedicated professional with strong skills in the Operating Room, including CVOR and general OR experience, who is comfortable adapting to both patient needs and surgical team dynamics. Schedule:Two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts per weekOne 12-hour weekend shift every 5–6 weeks8-hour weekend call every two monthsFlexible shift selection availableStart times: 6:50 am–3:20 pm and 6:50 am–7:20 pm Desired Experience & Qualifications:Active and unrestricted RN licenseCurrent BLS certification requiredMinimum of one year previous experience in Operating Room nursing (including CVOR)Demonstrated ability to collaborate with surgical teams and maintain optimal patient safetyStrong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and effective in urgent or emergent situations Primary Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care throughout the perioperative process, ensuring safety and comfortAssist the surgical team during cardiovascular and general surgical proceduresAdhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocolsDocument and communicate information regarding patient statusParticipate in patient and family education related to perioperative careTake part in on-call responsibilities as scheduled Expand your clinical acumen while working alongside a supportive surgical team in an environment that values quality care and continuous professional growth.
