Director of Finance and Systems Responsibilities



  • Lead accounting operations including GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting

  • Director of Finance and Systems will own and administer the ERP system, including configuration, access, and integrations

  • Oversee job costing, project financial reporting, and WIP accuracy

  • Drive automation and process improvements across accounting workflows

  • Lead month-end and year-end close in partnership with accounting leadership

  • Enhance financial and project reporting for better decision-making


Director of Finance and Systems Qualifications



  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 10+ years of accounting/finance experience within construction

  • Hands-on experience with construction ERPs (Foundation strongly preferred)

  • Deep understanding of job costing, project accounting, and WIP reporting


Salary Range 150K-200K
