Remote Technical Support Specialist

Cengage Group is looking for a customer support representative to assist users of Cengage digital solutions in Washington, D.C. This role is primarily remote and requires excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Candidates should be high school graduates with knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
