Job Overview

This role involves managing corporate hardware, primarily laptops and peripherals, from deployment to recovery, while delivering a seamless, customer-focused experience. You will coordinate hardware lifecycle management, fulfill requests, provision and configure devices, and provide end-user support. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with corporate standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements
Experience with enterprise hardware management in a corporate environment.
Strong customer service orientation with professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities with attention to detail.
Preferences

Familiarity with asset management tools and hardware lifecycle processes.
