If you bring a strategic mindset, analytical expertise, and a passion for turning financial insights into informed business decisions, this role could be perfect for you!## What You’ll Do* Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, general ledger management, accounting policies, and documented procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP* Establish and maintain internal controls; coordinate external audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting; and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements* Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and working capital reporting* Lead finance systems and reporting tool improvements; support M&A, restructuring, and other enterprise growth initiatives* Develop, coach, and mentor accounting and finance team members* Partner with business unit Director of Financial Planning and Analysis* Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones## Qualifications## What You Bring**Experience That Drives Success*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field* 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, with at least 3 years in manufacturing* Demonstrated experience leading month-end close and financial reporting* Prior leadership experience managing teams and engaging with executive stakeholders* CPA or CMA certification, preferred* Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations* Experience leading finance system implementations or process transformations* Prior remote people-leadership experience, preferred**Key Strengths & Skills*** Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting* Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights* Experience building budgets* Strong internal control and audit management expertise* Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency; experience with ERP and BI tools* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities* High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment## Our Culture* We build strong relationships—with teammates, partners, and customers* We take pride in knowing every product we build serves the purpose of protecting lives* We listen actively, coach frequently, and own our results* We foster innovation, value curiosity, and believe that experimentation is part of growth* We create a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone belongs* We take ownership of our work—quality and safety are at the core of what we do## Benefits That Matter* Employee Ownership Program – You’re not just an employee—you’re an owner.
