Full Cycle Recruiter – Consumer Goods
We are partnering with a well‑known consumer goods company to identify an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to support a high‑volume, fast‑paced hiring environment. This role will manage a diverse range of requisitions across multiple functions and play a key role in driving talent acquisition strategies.
This is an immediate temp role. Only LOCAL and AVAILABLE candidates will be considered.
Manage full cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from intake to offer
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Track and report on recruiting metrics and progress
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Qualifications:
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience required
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience recruiting within consumer goods or related industries preferred
Contract type: Freelance

Salary: $40-50 per hour
